RESOLUTION NO. 73-108 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA ESTABLISHING THE BASIC PAY SCHEDULE, ESTABLISHING RATES OF PAY FOR CITY EMPLOYEES PLACED UNDER THE BASIC PAY SCHEDULE, AND ESTABLISHING RATES OF PAY FOR CITY EMPLOYEES NOT PLACED UNDER THE BASIC PAY SCHEDULE. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS .� FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. The following Basic Pay Schedule for employees of the City of Costa Mesa is hereby adopted, effective October 15, 1973; rates estab- lished in the Basic Pay Schedule are expressed in dollars per month, payable beginning October 14, 1973.
