RESOLUTION NO. 74-33
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA
MESA, CALIFORNIA, FIXING AND ESTABLISHING LOCATIONS
FOR BUS STOPS ON RED HILL AVENUE, SUNFLOWER AVENUE,
AND MAC ARTHUR BOULEVARD.
WHEREAS,
the Costa Mesa Traffic Commission has submitted to the
City Council
of the City of Costa Mesa, a
proposed schedule of bus stops
in the City of
Costa Mesa; and
WHEREAS,
said schedule has been considered
and approved by the
Traffic Commission
of the City of Costa Mesa,
and the adoption thereof
has been recommended
by said Traffic Commission;
and
WHEREAS,
this City Council deems it
to be in the best interest of
the City that
said proposed bus stops be fixed
and established as herein-
after set forth;
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED by the
City Council of the City of
Costa Mesa that bus stops be designated as
parking prohibition zones
within the City
of Costa Mesa, pursuant to
the provisions of Section
10-231 of the
Municipal Code of the City of
Costa Mesa, and the same are
hereby fixed,
established, and adopted as
follows:
