HomeMy WebLinkAbout74-34 - Establishing 24-Minute Parking on El Camino Driveso RESOLUTION NO. 74-34 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING TWENTY -FOUR -MINUTE PARKING ON PORTIONS OF EL CAMINO DRIVE BETWEEN MENDOZA DRIVE AND SAN JUAN LANE. WHEREAS, the Costa Mesa Traffic Commission has recommended that 24 - minute parking restriction be established on the southerly curb of E1 Camino Drive for a distance of 100 feet between driveway and alley, 400 feet east of Mendoza Drive; and WHEREAS, Section 10-207(a) of the Municipal Code of the City of Costa Mesa provides for the establishment of 24 -minute parking areas by resolution by the City Council. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Costa Mesa as follows: SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 10-207(a) of the Municipal Code of the City of Costa Mesa, no vehicle shall stand or park for more than 24 minutes between the hours of 7:00 a.m, and 6:00 p.m, on any day except Sundays and holidays in the following described area: On the southerly curb of E1 Camino Drive for a distance of 100 feet, between driveway and alley, 400 feet east of Mendoza Drive. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of June, 1974.
