HomeMy WebLinkAbout74-43-A - Enforcement Relative to Farm Labor Camps65 RESOLUTION NO. 74-43-A A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA, CALIFORNIA, REGARDING ENFORCEMENT OF THE CALIFORNIA ADMINISTRATIVE CODE IN RELATION TO FARM LABOR CAMPS. WHEREAS, notice has been received that effective January 1, 1974, the Orange County Health Officer shall enforce the provisions of the Employee Housing Act in relation to Farm Labor Camps; and WHEREAS, the aforementioned action was taken pursuant to Section 2640 of the Labor Code and Title 25, Section 2012 of the Administrative Code; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Costa Mesa hereby appoints, effective January 1, 1975, the Orange County Health Officer to enforce the provisions of the Employee Housing Act in relation to farm labor camps in the City of Costa Mesa.
