RESOLUTION NO. 75-90
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
COSTA MESA, CALIFORNIA, ACTING AS SUPERVISING
AUTHORITY OF THE COSTA MESA PARK AND RECREATION
DISTRICT, FIXING THE TAX RATE PER CENTUM, LEVY
INC TAX RATE UPON ALL THE TAXABLE PROPERTY WITH-
IN THE COSTA MESA PARK AND RECREATION DISTRICT,
WHICH IS TAXABLE, FOR THE OPERATIONAL RUNNING
EXPENSES OF THE DISTRICT.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
THAT, WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Costa Mesa, acting
as supervising authority of the Costa Mesa Park and Recreation District,
pursuant to the provisions of Section 5780.1 of the Public Resources
Code of the State of California, does hereby resolve as follows:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that there is hereby levied upon all
the taxable property within the Costa Mesa Park and Recreation District
which is taxable therein, for District purposes, a tax for the purpose
of raising the necessary money with which to carry on the various
functions and operations of the Costa Mesa Park and Recreation District
for the current fiscal year 1975-76; and that the rate per centum of the
tax herein levied for such purposes shall be and is hereby fixed as the
sum of $.3333 on each one hundred dollars ($100.00) of value for said
general operating fund.
BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that this Resolution shall take effect and
be in full force immediately.
