HomeMy WebLinkAbout74-71 - Relocating Bus Stop on Harbor Boulevard at Gisler AvenueI RESOLUTION NO. 74-71 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA, CALIFORNIA, RELOCATING BUS STOP ON HARBOR BOULEVARD NORTHBOUND AT GISLER AVENUE. WHEREAS, a request has been considered from the Orange County Transit District to relocate the bus stop on Harbor Boulevard northbound at Gisler Avenue to a position on the east curb of Harbor Boulevard between the distance of 300 feet to 350 feet south of Gisler Avenue; and WHEREAS, said request has been considered and approved by the Director of Public Services of the City of Costa Mesa, and the adoption thereof has been recommended by said Director of Public Services; and WHEREAS, this City Council deems it to be in the best interest of the City that said proposed bus stop be fixed and established as herein- after set forth; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Costa Mesa that said bus stop be designated as a parking prohibition zone within the City of Costa Mesa, pursuant to the provisions of Section 10-231 of the Municipal Code of the City of Costa Mesa, and the same is hereby fixed, established, and adopted as follows: Location Side Cross Street Direction Distance in Feet Harbor East Gisler Avenue South 50 Boulevard PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of September, 1974.
