HomeMy WebLinkAbout74-87 - Establishing 24-Minute Parking on Cabrillo Street1V RESOLUTION NO. 74-87 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING TWENTY-FOUR MINUTE PARKING ON PORTIONS OF CABRILLO STREET. WHEREAS, the owner of the properties at 128, 130, and 132 Cabrillo Street has requested the establishment of 24 -minute parking restrictions 1 on Cabrillo Street for a distance of 28 feet on the northerly curb from J 300 to 328 feet east of Newport Boulevard; and WHEREAS, Section 10-207(c) of the Municipal Code of the City of Costa Mesa provides for the establishment of 24 -minute parking areas by resolution by the City Council; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Costa Mesa, as follows: SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 10-207(c) of the Municipal Code of the City of Costa Mesa, no vehicle shall stand or park for more than 24 minutes between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. on any day except Sundays and holidays in the following described area: On the northerly curb of Cabrillo Street from 300 to 328 feet east of Newport Boulevard.
