A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF COSTA MESA, RELOCATING A BUS STOP WITHIN
THE CITY OF COSTA MESA.
LWHEREAS, the Costa Mesa Traffic Commission at their regular
L meeting of July 23, 1975, recommended to the City Council of the City of
Costa Mesa, the proposed relocation of a bus stop on Harbor Boulevard in
the City of Costa Mesa; and
WHEREAS, said relocation has been considered and approved by the
Traffic Commission of the City of Costa Mesa, and the adoption thereof
has been recommended by said Traffic Commission; and
WHEREAS, this City Council deems it to be in the best interest of
the City that said bus stop relocation be fixed and established as
hereinafter set forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Costa Mesa that bus stops be designated as parking prohibition zones
within the City of Costa Mesa, pursuant to the provisions of Section 10-
281 of the Municipal Code of the City of Costa Mesa, and the same is
hereby fixed, established, and adopted as follows:
