THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE, AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. The following Basic Pay Schedule for employees of the City of Costa Mesa is hereby adopted, effective October 7, 1975; rates established in the Basic Pay Schedule are expressed in dollars per month, payable beginning September 28, 1975.
