HomeMy WebLinkAbout75-139 - Including Larmor Annexation in 1976-77 Tax LevyRESOLUTION NO. 75-139 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA, CALIFORNIA, INCLUDING LARMOR ANNEX- ATION IN THE TAX LEVY FOR THE 1976-1977 FISCAL YEAR FOR THE COSTA MESA STREET LIGHTING ENERGY AND MAINTENANCE DISTRICT. The City Council of the City of Costa Mesa does hereby resolve and determine that the hereinafter described territory, known and designated as Larmor Annexation, shall be included in the tax levy for the fiscal year 1976-1977 for the Costa Mesa Street Lighting Energy and Maintenance District, said property being described in Exhibit "A", a legal descrip- tion, and Exhibit "E", a map, attached hereto and made a part hereof. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of December, 1975. City Clerk and ex -officio Clerk the City Council of the City of Co a Mesa LARMOR ANNEXATION TO THE COSTA MESA STREET LIGHTING AND MAINTENANCE DISTRICT THAT PORTION of Lot 114, Tract No. 300 in the County of Orange, State of California, as shown on a map recorded in Book 14, Pages 11 and 12 of Miscellaneous Maps in the Office of the County Recorder of said County, described as follows: BEGINNING at the centerline intersection of Santa Isabel Avenue with the centerline of Tustin Avenue as shown on a map of Tract No. 4969 recorded in Book 174, Pages 31 and 32 of Miscellaneous Maps in the Office of the County Recorder of said County; thence along said centerline of Tustin Avenue north 39° 49' 30" east 659.79 feet to the northeasterly corner of said Lot 114, said northeasterly corner also being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence along the southeasterly line of said lot and northeasterly prolongation of said centerline of Tustin Avenue south 39° 49' 30" west 33.53 feet to a point on a curve concave southerly having a radius of 60.00 feet as described in the deed recorded in Book 8567, Page 512 of Official Records, Records of said County, a radial line of said curve to said point bears north 20° 21' 18" east; thence northwesterly and westerly along said curve through a central angle of 36° 58' 14" an arc distance of 38.72 feet to a point on a line that is parallel with and distant northwesterly 30.00 feet, measured at right angles from said southeasterly line of said centerline of Tustin Avenue, said parallel line also being the Costa Mesa Street Lighting and Maintenance District boundary as described in "Monte Vista Annexation No. 1"; thence along said parallel line and the Costa Mesa Street Light- ing and Maintenance District boundary north 39° 49' 30" east 56.92 feet to the northeasterly line of said Lot 114; thence leaving said Costa Mesa Street Lighting and Maintenance District boundary and along said northeasterly line south 50° 11' 45" east 30.00 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
