On January 18, 1966, an inspection was made the property owned
or controlled by your firm, located at 1992 Maple le,'lue within the City
of Costa Mesa, by Daan Dorris of the Building Safety ertment and
George Skeith of Orange County Health pertnent.
This inspection revealed that a _ press problem, causing mildew
and deterioration to the walla of the re it, has developed. We
feel this is an unhealthyituation and steps should be taken
