A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
COSTA MESA, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE ERECTION
OF A STOP SIGN ON HARLA AVENUE AT MESA VERDE
DRIVE EAST.
WHEREAS, under the provisions of Section 10-131 of the Municipal
Code, the City Council is authorized to designate and establish stop
signs at intersections within the City; and
WHEREAS, the Traffic Commission of the City of Costa Mesa has
recommended that a stop sign be erected on Harla Avenue at Mesa Verde
Drive East; and
WHEREAS, this Council deems it to be in the best interest of the
City that said stop sign be erected as recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Costa Mesa that the intersection of Harla Avenue and Mesa Verde Drive
East is hereby designated and established as a stop intersection for
northbound traffic on Harla Avenue.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of April, 1976.
