RESOLUTION NO. 77-74
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
COSTA MESA, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING THE QUALI-
FICATION OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA FOR PARTICI-
PATION IN THE ORANGE COUNTY ARTERIAL HIGHWAY
FINANCING PROGRAM.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
THAT, WHEREAS, the Orange County Arterial Highway Financing
Program requires, under the provisions of Paragraph II of its Procedure
Manual, that participating cities requalify themselves annually by July
1st of each year; and
WHEREAS, the City of Costa Mesa has made changes in its Arterial
Highway Master Plan during the 1976-77 Fiscal Year;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Costa Mesa that the Advisory Committee of the Orange County Arterial
Highway Financing Program be, and the Committee is hereby notified that
the following changes have been made in the Arterial Highway Master Plan
of the City of Costa Mesa:
REMOVED: Unnamed street (Bluff Road) from Wilson Street to
Placentia Avenue.
UPGRADING: Eighteenth Street; 400 feet east and west of the
centerline of Newport Boulevard. Upgrade from
commuter to a secondary highway.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of June, 1977.

day of June, 1977.
