A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
COSTA MESA, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING 24 MINUTE
PARKING ON PORTIONS OF RANDOLPH AVENUE.
WHEREAS, the Costa Mesa Traffic Commission, at their regular
`—" meeting of December 8, 1977, considered a request from the owner of
Barker Kitchens and Baths for time limit parking at 2960 Randolph Avenue
in front of the business, and did find a need existing for customer
parking; and
WHEREAS, Section 10-207 of the Costa Mesa Municipal Code provides
for the establishment of 24 -minute parking areas by resolution of the
City Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Costa Mesa as follows:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 10-207 of the
Costa Mesa Municipal Code, no vehicle shall stand or park for more than
24 minutes between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. on any day
except Sundays and holidays in the following described area:
On the easterly curb of Randolph Avenue for the distance from 369
feet to 418 feet measured in a southerly direction from Baker
Street.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of January, 1978.
