A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF COSTA MESA, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING 24 -
MINUTE PARKING ON PORTIONS OF LOGAN AVENUE.
WHEREAS, the Traffic Commission of the City of Costa Mesa has
recommended to this City Council the establishment of 24 -minute parking
restrictions on Logan Avenue for a distance of 50 feet on the southerly
curb, the distance between 750 feet and 800 feet west of McClintock Way;
and
WHEREAS, Section 10-207 of the Municipal Code of the City of Costa
Mesa provides for the establishment of 24 -minute parking areas by reso-
lution of the City Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Costa Mesa as follows:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 10-207 of the
Municipal Code of the City of Costa Mesa, no vehicle shall stand or park
for more than 24 minutes between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. on
any day except Sundays and holidays in the following described area:
On the southerly curb of Logan Avenue for a distance of 50 feet,
the distance between 750 feet and 800 feet west of McClintock Way.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of August, 1978.
