HomeMy WebLinkAbout78-59 - Establishing Qualification of City in Orange County AHFP ProgramRESOLUTION NO. 78-59 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING THE QUALI- FICATION OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA FOR PARTICI- PATION IN THE ORANGE COUNTY ARTERIAL HIGHWAY FINANCING PROGRAM. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: THAT, WHEREAS, the Orange County Arterial Highway Financing Program requires, under the provisions of Paragraph II of its Procedure Manual, that participating cities requalify themselves annually by July 1st of each year; and WHEREAS, the City of Costa Mesa has not made any changes in its Arterial Highway Master Plan during the 1977-78 fiscal year; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Costa Mesa that the Advisory Committee of the Orange County Arterial Highway Financing Program be, and the Committee is hereby notified that no changes have been made in the Arterial Highway Master Plan of the City of Costa Mesa. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Costa Mesa hereby re- established its qualification for participation in said Arterial Highway Financing Program for the fiscal year 1978-79.
