HomeMy WebLinkAbout79-106 - Establishing Bus StopsRESOLUTION NO. 79-106 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA, CALIFORNIA, FIXING AND ESTABLISHING BUS STOPS WITHIN THE CITY OF COSTA MESA. WHEREAS, the Costa Mesa Traffic Commission has considered a request from the Orange County Transit District to adopt a proposed schedule of bus stops in the City of Costa Mesa; and WHEREAS, said schedule has been considered and approved by the Traffic Commission of the City of Costa Mesa, and the adoption thereof has been recommended by said Traffic Commission; and WHEREAS, this City Council deems it to be in the best interest of the City that said proposed bus stops be fixed and established as hereinafter set forth; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Costa Mesa that bus stops be designated as parking prohibition zones within the City of Costa Mesa, pursuant to the provisions of Section 10-231 of the Municipal Code of the City of Costa Mesa, and the same are hereby fixed, established, and adopted as follows: Victoria eastbound, 100 feet farside of Canyon Drive Victoria eastbound, 70 feet nearside of Placentia Avenue Victoria westbound, 100 feet nearside of Placentia Avenue Victoria westbound, 20 feet nearside of Canyon Drive PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of August, 1979. 1 Cor of The ty osta Mesa ATTEST: (54�� (:�' a, �'� City Clerk of the City of Costa esa STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS CITY OF COSTA MESA } I, EILEEN P.
