A project meeting only the minimum development standards would be allowed four units. While the densities allowed by this arrangement would be compatible with surrounding uses, the development would probably take the form of townhouses. The Planned Development Ordinance does not specify setbacks along interior property lines and these would largely be determined by the constraints of site design. EXHIBIT "A" Resolution 80-71
