HomeMy WebLinkAbout80-101 - Stop Signs on Loyola Road at Villanova RoadRESOLUTION NO. 80-101 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE ERECTION OF STOP SIGNS ON LOYOLA ROAD AT VILLANOVA ROAD. WHEREAS, under the provisions of Section 10-131(a) of the Munici- pal Code, the City Council is authorized to designate and establish STOP signs at intersections within the City; and WHEREAS, the Traffic Commission of the City of Costa Mesa has recommended that STOP signs be erected on Loyola Road at Villanova Road; and WHEREAS, this Council deems it to be in the best interest of the City that said STOP signs be erected as recommended; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Costa Mesa that the intersection of Villanova Road and Loyola Road is hereby designated and established as a stop intersection for north - south traffic on Loyola Road.
