HomeMy WebLinkAbout81-28 - Parking Prohibition on Deodar AvenueRESOLUTION NO. 81-28 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA, CALIFORNIA, PROHIBITING PARKING ON A PORTION OF DEODAR AVENUE. WHEREAS, the Traffic Commission of the City of Costa Mesa has recommended to this City Council that parking be prohibited at all times on the westerly curb of Deodar Avenue from Baker Street to 60 feet northerly of Baker Street; and WHEREAS, Section 10-213 of the Municipal Code of the City of Costa Mesa provides for the designation of no -parking areas by resolu- tion of the City Council; and WHEREAS, this Council deems it to be in the best interest of the City that parking prohibition be authorized as recommended by the Costa Mesa Traffic Commission; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Costa Mesa that parking be, and the same is hereby prohibited at all times on the westerly curb of Deodar Avenue from Baker Street to 60 feet northerly of Baker Street.
