RESOLUTION NO. 82-38
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
COSTA MESA, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING SPECIFIC PLAN
SP -82-01 FOR PROPERTY LOCATED ALONG BRISTOL
STREET BETWEEN THE SAN DIEGO AND CORONA DEL MAR
FREEWAYS.
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the Costa Mesa City Council
a certain Specific Plan for property located along Bristol Street
between the San Diego and Corona del Mar Freeways; and
WHEREAS, the Costa Mesa Planning Commission has recommended the
adoption of said Specific Plan by Resolution PC -82-05, adopted March
8, 1982; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing on the adoption of said Specific Plan
has been duly held and conducted by the Costa Mesa City Council on May
3, 1982; and
WHEREAS, the City Council, after hearing all the evidence, deems
it to be in the best interest of the City that said Specific Plan be
approved, ratified, and adopted as amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Costa Mesa that said Specific Plan SP -82-01, as amended, for property
located along Bristol Street between the San Diego and Corona del Mar
Freeways as shown in "SP -82-01, Bristol Street Specific Plan, February
1982" on file in the City Clerk's Office, be, and is hereby approved,
ratified, and adopted, as set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto
and by this reference made a part thereof;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Negative Declaration prepared for
said Specific Plan be, and is hereby adopted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of May, 1982.

by said City Council at a regular meeting thereof held on the 3rd day
of May, 1982.
