HomeMy WebLinkAbout82-50 - Establishing Bus Stops132 RESOLUTION NO. 82-50 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING BUS STOPS WITHIN THE CITY OF COSTA MESA. WHEREAS, the Traffic Commission of the City of Costa Mesa con- sidered a request from the Orange County Transit District to adopt a proposed schedule of bus stops in the City of Costa Mesa; and WHEREAS, said schedule has been considered and approved by the Traffic Commission of the City of Costa Mesa, and the adoption thereof has been recommended by said Traffic Commission; and WHEREAS, this City Council deems it to be in the best interest of the City that said proposed bus stops be fixed and established as here- inafter set forth; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Costa Mesa that bus stops be designated as parking prohibition zones within the City of Costa Mesa, pursuant to the provisions of Section 10-213 of the Municipal Code of the City of Costa Mesa, and the same are hereby fixed, established and adopted as follows: Parking prohibitions: 1. North side Baker Street 40 feet west of Enterprise Street. 2. North side Baker Street 70 feet east of Jeffrey Drive. 3. East side Randolph Avenue 80 feet south of Baker Street to 160 feet south of Baker Street.
