t 3l, RESOLUTION NO. 83-73 A RESOLUTICN OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA ESTABLISHING THE BASIC PAY SCHEDULE, ESTABLISHING THE RATES OF PAY FOR CLASSIFICATICNS AND EMPLOYEES PLACED LNDER THE BASIC PAY SCHEDULE. The City Council of the City of Costa Mesa does hereby resolve, deter- mine, and order as follows: SECTICN 1. The following Basic Pay Schedule for Employees of the City of Costa Mesa is hereby adopted, effective July 24, 1982; rates established in the Basic Pay Schedule are expressed in dollars per month. Motorcycle Assignment --applicable only to employees in the classi- fication of Police Officer, Senior Police Officer, and Police Sergeant when so assigned to motorcycle duty: 5 percent over assigned rate per shift. f Pilot Proficiency Differential --applicable only to Police Department classifications assigned to helicopter pilot duty: 10 pay ranged (12-1/2 percent) over assigned rate.
