The City Council of the City of Costa Mesa does hereby resolve, deter- mine, and order as follows: SECTICN 1. The following Basic Pay Schedule for Employees of the City of Costa Mesa is hereby adopted, effective July 24, 1982; rates established in the Basic Pay Schedule are expressed in dollars per month.
