RESOLUTION NO. 84-19
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
COSTA MESA, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING BICYCLE
LANES ON A PORTION OF HAMILTON STREET.
WHEREAS, the Traffic Canmission of the City of Costa Mesa has recan-
mended to this City Council that bicycle lanes be established on the south
side of Hamilton Street frau Meyer Place to Placentia Avenue; and
WHEREAS, Section 4-25 of the Municipal Code of the City of Costa Mesa
provides for the designation of bicycle lanes by resolution of the City
Council; and
WHEREAS, this Council deems it to be in the best interest of the City
that bicycle lanes be authorized as recannended by the Costa Mesa Traffic
Cannission;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Costa Mesa that bicycle lanes be established on the south side of HaQnilton
Street frau Meyer Place to Placentia Avenue.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of Fury, 1984.
