HomeMy WebLinkAbout84-19 - Establishing Bicycle Lanes on Hamilton StreetI RESOLUTION NO. 84-19 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING BICYCLE LANES ON A PORTION OF HAMILTON STREET. WHEREAS, the Traffic Canmission of the City of Costa Mesa has recan- mended to this City Council that bicycle lanes be established on the south side of Hamilton Street frau Meyer Place to Placentia Avenue; and WHEREAS, Section 4-25 of the Municipal Code of the City of Costa Mesa provides for the designation of bicycle lanes by resolution of the City Council; and WHEREAS, this Council deems it to be in the best interest of the City that bicycle lanes be authorized as recannended by the Costa Mesa Traffic Cannission; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Costa Mesa that bicycle lanes be established on the south side of HaQnilton Street frau Meyer Place to Placentia Avenue.
