HomeMy WebLinkAbout84-56 - Parking Prohibition on Randolph AvenueRESOLUTION NO. 84-56 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA, CALIFORNIA, PROHIBITING PARKING ON A PORTION OF RANDOLPH AVENUE. WHEREAS, the Traffic Camnission of the City of Costa Mesa has recan- mended to this City Council that parking be prohibited at all times along the easterly curb of Randolph Avenue, frau the curb return of Baker Street northerly for 190 feet; and WHEREAS, Section 10-213 of the Municipal Code of the City of Costa Mesa provides for the designation of no -parking areas by resolution of the City Council; and WHEREAS, this Council deans it to be in the best interest of the City that parking prohibition be authorized as recanmended by the Costa Mesa Traffic Camnission; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Costa Mesa that parking be, and the same is hereby prohibited at all times along the easterly curb of Randolph Avenue, fran the curb return of Baker Street northerly for 190 feet.
