A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
COSTA MESA, CALIFORNIA, PROHIBITING PARKING ON
A PORTION OF TUSTIN AVENUE.
WHEREAS, the Traffic Ccarnmission of the City of Costa Mesa has reccm-
mended to this City Council that parking be prohibited at all times along
the easterly curb of Tustin Avenue beginning at Emerson Street southerly
for 25 feet; and
WHEREAS, Section 10-213 of the Municipal -Code of the City of Costa
Mesa provides for the designation of no -parking areas by resolution of the
City Council; and
WHEREAS, this Council deems it to be in the best interest of the City
that parking prohibition be authorized as recommended by the Costa Mesa
Traffic Ccmmission;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Costa Mesa that parking be, and the same is hereby prohibited at all times
along the easterly curb of Tustin Avenue beginning at IInerson Street
southerly for 25 feet.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of November, 1984.
