The City Council of the City of Costa Mesa does hereby resolve, deter- mine, and order as follows: SECTION 1. The following Basic Pay Schedule for employees of the City of Costa Mesa is hereby adopted, effective June 9, 1985; rates established in the Basic Pay Schedule are expressed in dollars per month.
