RESOLUTION NO. 85-61
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
COSTA MESA, CALIFORNIA, PROHIBITING PARKING ON
A PORTION OF HARBOR BOULEVARD BETWEEN WEST 19TH
STREET AND NEWPORT BOULEVARD.
WHEREAS, the Traffic Ccnmission of the City of Costa Mesa has recom-
mended to this City Council that parking be prohibited at all times along
both curbs of Harbor Boulevard between West 19th Street and Newport Boule-
vard with temporary parallel parking permitted along the easterly curb; and
WHEREAS, Section 10-213 of the Municipal Code of the City of Costa
Mesa provides for the designation of no -parking areas by resolution of the
City Council; and
WHEREAS, this Council deems it to be in the best interest of the City
that parking prohibition be authorized as recapended by the Costa Mesa
Traffic Commission;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Costa Mesa that parking be, and the same is hereby prohibited at all times
along both curbs of Harbor Boulevard between Wast 19th Street and Newport
Boulevard with temporary parallel parking permitted along the easterly
curb.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of July, 1985.
