RESOLUTION NO. 86-46
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
COSTA MESA, CALIFORNIA, PROHIBITING PARKING ON
A PORTION OF SOUTH COAST DRIVE.
WHEREAS, the Costa Mesa Traffic Commission has recommended to this
City Council that parking be prohibited at all times along both curbs
of South Coast Drive between San Leandro Lane and Bear Street; and
WHEREAS, Section 10-213 of the Municipal Code of the City of Costa
Mesa provides for the designation of no -parking areas by resolution of the
City Council; and
WHEREAS, this Council deems it to be in the best interest of the City
that the parking prohibition be authorized as recommended by the Costa Mesa
Traffic Ccomission;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Costa Mesa that parking be, and the same is hereby prohibited at all times
along both curbs of South Coast Drive between San Leandro Lane and Bear
Street.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of May, 1986.
