A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
COSTA MESA, CALIFORNIA, PROHIBITING PARKING ON
A PORTION OF GISLER AVENUE.
WHEREAS, the Costa Mesa Traffic Commission has recommended to this
City Council that parking be prohibited at all times along the northerly
curb of Gisler Avenue from Harbor Boulevard westerly for approximately
750 feet to Iowa Street; and
WHEREAS, Section 10-213 of the Municipal Code of the City of Costa
Mesa provides for the designation of no -parking areas by resolution of the
City Council; and
WHEREAS, this Council deems it to be in the best interest of the City
that the parking prohibition be authorized as recommended by the Costa Mesa
Traffic Commission;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Costa Mesa that parking be, and the same is hereby prohibited at all times
along the northerly curb of Gisler Avenue from Harbor Boulevard westerly for
approximately 750 feet to Iowa Street.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of June, 1986.
