A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
COSTA MESA, CALIFORNIA, LEVYING AN ASSESSMENT FOR
FISCAL YEAR 1986-1987 WITHIN THE CITY OF COSTA
MESA LANDSCAPING ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NUMBER ONE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, the City Council did, on May 15, 1978, order formation of
Landscaping Assessment District No. 1 pursuant to the provisions of the
Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972, the
City Council did on June 18, 1984, adopt Resolution No. 84-82 ordering the
annexation of property located within Tract 12011 to City of Costa Mesa
Landscaping Assessment District No. 1; and
WHEREAS, the City Council did, on May 19, 1986, adopt Resolution
No. 86-49, declaring its intention to levy and collect assessments during
the Fiscal Year 1986-87 within the City of Costa Mesa Landscaping Assess-
ment District No. 1, and giving notice of the time and place for public
hearing on said levy of assessments; and
WHEREAS, said hearing was duly and properly noticed;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA DOES
HEREBY FIND, DETERMINE, AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Project Manager's Report is hereby adopted.
2. The assessment diagram contained in the Project Manager's Report
and the assessment specified in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference are hereby adopted and said
assessments are hereby levied for Fiscal Year 1986-87.
3. The City Clerk shall forthwith transfer to the County Auditor
of Orange County a certified copy of this Resolution.
