RESOLUTION NO. 86-77
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
COSTA MESA, CALIFORNIA, REVISING DEVELOPMENT TRIP
CHARGES WITHIN COSTA MESA.
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 84-59 of the Costa Mesa City Council did find
the purpose and need to establish a requirement that funds for off-site
transportation improvements be deposited or that actual improvements be
constructed whenever this can be found as a reasonable mitigation measure
arising from the environmental process; and
WHEREAS, the City of Costa Mesa has determined that additional needs
must be addressed beyond those stated in the Intercity Five -Year Transpor-
tation Study;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Costa Mesa that the maximum financial commitment set forth in Resolution
No. 84-59 is hereby revised as follows:

Other Housing
Offices
Industrial Uses
Warehouse Uses
Retail Commercial
Hotel
Other Uses
