A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
COSTA MESA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING CERTAIN PORTIONS
OF THE RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR ADMINISTRATION
OF THE PERSONNEL SYSTEM OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Rule 12, Section 2.E.1. of the Personnel Rules and Regulations is
amended effective December 21, 1986, as follows:
"E. VACATION LEAVE
1.
Vacation leave taken shall not be in excess of that actually
earned at the time it is taken. Regular and probationary
nonsafety employees may be granted vacation leave as accrued
frau date of hire after six (6) months of continuous full-
time employment, and safety employees after one (1) year of
continuous full-time employment."
