A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
COSTA MESA, CALIFORNIA, PROHIBITING PARKING ON
A PORTION OF ORANGE AVENUE.
WHEREAS, the Costa Mesa Traffic Commission has reccimmended to this
City Council that parking be prohibited at all times along the westerly
curb of Orange Avenue for 245 feet north of Rochester Street; and
WHEREAS, Section 10-213 of the Costa Mesa Municipal Code provides for
the designation of no -parking areas by resolution of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, this Council deems it to be in the best interest of the City
that parking prohibition be authorized as recommended by the Costa Mesa
Traffic Commission;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Costa Mesa that parking be, and the same is hereby prohibited at all times
along the westerly curb of Orange Avenue for 245 feet north of Rochester
Street.
