HomeMy WebLinkAbout87-22 - Revising Development Trip ChargesRESOLUTION NO. 87-22 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA, CALIFORNIA, REVISING DEVELOPMENT TRIP CHARGES WITHIN COSTA MESA. WHEREAS, Resolution 84-59 of the Costa Mesa City Council did find the purpose and need to establish a requirement that funds for off-site trans- portation improvements to be deposited or that actual improvements be constructed whenever this can be found as a reasonable mitigation measure arising from the environmental process; and WiEREAS, the City of Costa Mesa has determined that additional needs must be addressed beyond those identified in last year's Resolution 86-77; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Costa Mesa that the maximum financial commitment set forth in Resolution 84-59 is hereby revised as follows: Single-family detached housing Multiple -family rental housing . Other housing Offices Industrial uses Warehouse uses Retail canmercial Hotel Other uses $1,044.00/dwelling unit 569.00/dwelling unit 359.00/dwelling unit 1.23/square foot 3,800.00/acre 1,091.00/acre 3.32/square foot 1,138.00/roan 95.00/daily trip PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of Ap ?F9:87.
