HomeMy WebLinkAbout88-03 - Establishing 2-Hour Parking Time Limit on Dale StreetRESOLUTION NO. 88-3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING, A TRO -HOUR PARKING TIME LIMIT ON A PORTION OF DAT STREET. WHEREAS, the Costa Mesa Traf f is Canmission has recanmended to this City Council that a two-hour parking time limit be established fpr a length of 44 feet on Dale Street between 90 feet and 134 feet west of College Avenue; and WHEREAS, Section 10-213 of the Costa Mesa Municipal Code provides fpr the designation of titre limit parking areas by resolution of the City Council; and Sections 10-69(b) and 10-82 of the Costa Mesa Municipal Code set forth provisions fpr enfDrcerrent and obedience to Code regulations; and WHEREAS, this Council deems it to be in the best interest of the City that time limit parking be autYprized as recommended by the Costa Mesa Traf f is Canmi ss ion; NCR, THEREFORE, EE IT RESOEWED by the City Council of the City of Costa Mesa" that a two-hour parking time limit be, and the same is hereby established for a length of 44 feet on Dale Street between 90 feet and 134 fleet wast of College Avenue.
