Speaker cards may be submitted to the City Clerk during the Public Comment period for non-agenda items, up to 6:40 p.m. or prior to the last speaker, whichever is earlier. Any speakers on non-agenda items not heard prior to 6:40 p.m. will be allowed to speak at the end of the meeting.
