Lavey and Associates in order to re-roof two out of the three buildings in our complex. Neither permit has received a Final Inspection. A verbal request for extension to 31 December 1995 was granted by Ms. Collins so that the Association will have time to meet smoke detector installation requirements. Neither of the above permits correctly identifys the living units where work was performed. Please correct the project addressess on both permits. One permit covers re-roofing on the north structure comprising unit numbers: 1200, 1202, 1204, 1206, 1210, 1212, 1214,and 1216. The other permit's project addressess should cover re-roofing on the south structure comprising unit numbers: 1201, 1203, 1205, 1207, 1209, 1211, 1213, 1215, 1217. • This request will be hand-carried to your Building Division by a representative of our contractor, William H. Lavey and Associates, who will request a third permit to cover re-roofing the bluff structure comprising unit numbers: 1219, 1221, 1223, 1225, 1224, 1222, 1218, 1220.
