EXHIBIT "A"
DR -00-05 and VT -15991
FINDINGS
A. The project is not compatible and harmonious with other developments,
the uses in the area of the project will generate excess traffic and parking
needs, the site cannot accommodate the excess parking and the existing
demand for street parking and parking generated by the primary school in
relation to student pickup and drop-off, and the problem is exacerbated by
the substandard length of the proposed driveways which cannot
accommodate an overflow of parking on-site.
