I signed the letter as you asked and returned it to you. This letter indicated that you would take immediate action to correct the damaged concrete at our home. It was many months before anything was done and then only the drive was repaired. You have been aware that there was extensive damage to the concrete porch which has sunk and cracked and has done other damage to the walk. Since our home will be one year old very soon and since I have called your office repeatedly regarding the need for these repairs and have logged these calls for future reference, I now feel that we must conclude these repairs within a specified time or I will take the appropriate action by having the re- pairs made and filing the necessary legal action to see that you pay the cost plus legal fees, etc. Since signing and returning your original letter of March 9th more than six months had gone by when I received a letter which was hand-delivered by the son of one of your employees dated September 28, 1973, which again begins to make excuses and further ridiculous statements that you ask me to agree to. . . which I hereby reject. Page 2. . . I'm leaving tomorrow on a business trip for three weeks. I will return on November 15th. I want no repairs made until I return. I will then expect repairs to be made before December 1st, 1973 , or I will take appropriate action as specified pre- viously in this letter. Please contact me at my office after November 15th.
