All sleeping rooms in dwelling unfts below the fourth floor shall have at least one operable window or door approved for
emerge�cy escape or rescue. The emergency window or door shall be opemble from the inside to provide a full, ciear
openfng without the use of separate tools. Escape or rescue windows shall have a minfmum net Gear openable area of
