Inc. Cape Series Tract - 20th and Tustin, Costa Mesa,
Building Permit Nos. 21055 - 21098 - Our Job #6000-32 •
We have completed inspecting the fabrication of a series of wooden roof
trusses for the Cape Series Tract near 20th and Tustin in Costa Mesa.
A total of 403 trusses for this project were assembled at the fabrication
yard of Trussco, Inc. in Westminster on January 9th and January 10th, 1964.
Periodic inspections were made at the start and during the assembly to
insure construction in accordance with engineered drawings furnished by
the manufacturer.
The units are identified as Dwg. No. T-32-4-35;

69 28'-10" Span 4/12 pitch

We certify that the trusses inspected were assembled according to the
engineered drawings and were in good condition when stacked at the end
