Subject: V-8-68; Drainage Plan
One of the conditions placed on the above referenced subject
matter was that the property shall drain to the street.
A grading plan was submitted to the Building Department arld
the plan was approved. You have requested that the Engineering
Department check the site to determine if the developer has in
fact graded the area in accordance with this plan.
We had Don Steven's survey crew pick up elevations at various
locations on the subject property and these elevations would
indicate to us that the subject property wiil drain to the
street and it will drain to the street in a manner shown on
the grading plan previously approved.
I would like to point out that there are a few flat spots at.
the rear of the property which will be a problem to the property
owner.
The approved plan showed a slope to the street of .17� minimum.
The area has been graded to exceed this minimum slope. The
retaining walls on the east and west property lines are above
the graded flow line.
