and. to be sure all provisions of Section 9298.9 of the Municipal Code
have been met.

to any property line, measured from water line of pool.
No swimming pool shall be constructed under any electric power
lines or on any electric power easement.

such pool is completely enclosed by a six (6) foot fence or the
pool itself is enclosed with a fence six (6) feet in heigYit and hav-
ing a self-locking type gate or gates.
