`larye accunwlation of junk and debris on the premises.
This condition renders the building substandard as defined by Section H 1001(k)
of the Costa Mesa Uniform Housing Code.
Correction of this condition shall be completed within 14 days after receipt
of this letter, or appropriate ]egal action will be initiated for the abatement
of this condition. A reinspection of the premises will be made to determine
compliance.
