Re: Windows&Front Door Replacement Approval
We are requesting Elden 7 HOA Board approval to replace all windows, sliding glass
door, and front entry door on our home with Anderson Renewal product installed by Dial
One Windows. The structural design will comply with CC&R's and mirror existing
windows and doors size, shape,and trim except:
1. Window in one guest bedroom fails egress code (not wide enough); this
window will be widened during installation to meet current code.
Cosmetic changes to existing windows and doors are:
1. No grills will be added to new double panned windows;
2. Front entry window will be replaced with a stain glass peek-a-boo
window;
3. Sliding glass door to the patio will be replace with a french door opening
out to patio;
4. Window above the existing sliding glass door will be replaced with a stain
glass window(which matches front entry door stain glass window);
5. CIoset, guest bathroom, and master bath toilet room windows will be
replaced with pebble-tech versus clear glncs; and
Dial One Windows is requiring HOA approval prior to pulling requirement permit for
installations. Please sign this document indicating the Elden 7 HOA Board has approved
all windows and doors replacement at 128 23'd Street based on the structural and
cosmetic design detailed above.
