Neithor Shoreline Conmtruction Co. ,Inc. or myself have any
ownership in this property. Title has been vested in the name
of Chapman Homes Inc. since Feb. 26,1965.
To put the record straight, since first contacted by the fire
department on this property we accomplished the following:
Evicted tenants from the property, turned off all utilities,
removed all weed and loose debris from the property, locked
the garages, boarded up the houses on two different occassions
and until February checked the property occassionaly to deter-
mine the state of affairs.
As an occomodation to Frank Downs, I have again nailed the struct-
ures shut. The only permanent cure however, will be the ultiminate
redevelopment of the property. Plans have been in the works
to do this for a year and a half but are being obstructed by
an ajoining property owner, Cressy Murray, who refuses to
cooperate as agreed on an exchange of easements.
