It is our intention and warrant to the city that within 10 days from the date the Operating Engineers return to work we will be back on the job of completing the alleys and further, within an additional 10 day period we antici- pate completion of the alleys. It is my understanding that upon delivery of this letter to Mr. Hanhart ' s office the building department will release Qidof #3, Tract 6260 to the utility companies.
