Performance of this lease agreement shall be deemed complete when the display has been delivered and installed and permit applied for and the failure to procure inspection and approval from the authorities shall not be deemed in any sense a non-performance by the Owner. (m) SERVICE WIRING; COST OF ELECTRICITY; REINFORCEMENT OF .BUILDING User shall bring feed wires of suitable capacity to the location of the display, shall pay for all electrical energy used by the display, and shall be responsible for the supply thereof.
