Special Requirements:
1. Bond in the amount of $2500.00 to be provided. . -
2. Completion of all work within 60 days after date of delivery.
3. Fire Department to be notified of exact route and time of movement.
4. Installation of concrete industrial sidewalks and driveway approaches
including driveway depressions (construction to be of Portland
Cement Concrete) by owner at his expense, under the direction of the
City Engineer, per standards of the City of Costa Mesa.
15. A trash area, appropriately screened will be required subject to
Planning Department approval. Location to be indicated on revised
plans.
6. Tree planting, in the parkway, compatible to surrounding area, under
the direction of the Street Superintendent.
7. Landscaping will be required as shown on the submitted plans with a
method of irrigation indicated.
8. Driveways shall be clearly striped IN—OUT, one direction on each, in
a manner approved by the Director of Planning.
9. All utilities shall be placed underground, if practical, as determined
by the Southern Calif. Edison Co.
10. Abandoned vehicles and other unsightly debris shall be removed from
this location.
11. Final occupancy and utility releases shall be issued based upon
compliance with conditions as listed above, except as otherwise noted.
